Mobile Messaging (SMS) Terms and Conditions

Macon Laser Company LLC operates a mobile messaging program (the “Program”) subject to these Mobile Messaging Terms and Conditions (these “Mobile Messaging Terms”). The Program and our collection and use of your personal information is also subject to our Privacy Policy https://maconlasercompany.com/privacy-policy/. By enrolling, signing up, or otherwise agreeing to participate in the Program, you accept and agree to these Mobile Messaging Terms and our Privacy Policy.

  • Program Description: We may send promotional and transactional mobile messages in various formats through the Program. Promotional messages advertise and promote our products and services and may include promotions, specials and other marketing offers. Transactional messages relate to an existing or ongoing transaction and may include appointment reminders and other transaction-related information.
  • Message Frequency: Message frequency varies, and additional mobile messages may be sent periodically based on your interaction with Macon Laser Company. Macon Laser Company reserves the right to alter the frequency of messages sent at any time to increase or decrease the total number of sent messages. Macon Laser Company also reserves the right to change the short code or phone number where messages are sent.
  • User Opt-In: To opt-in to receive text messages from a Macon Laser Company text messaging program(s), please follow the instructions provided by the specific program from which you wish to receive messages. For example, you may be asked to reply in the affirmative in the manner indicated in an initial text message (e.g., Y or Yes). By opting into messages, you agree to receive recurring automated marketing and informational text messages from Macon Laser Company for Macon Laser Company. Automated messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system to the mobile telephone number you provided when signing up or any other number that you designate.   
  • User Opt-Out: You may opt-out of the Program at any time. To stop receiving text messages from a specific Macon Laser Company text messaging program, text STOP to the five-digit short code for the text messaging program from which you no longer wish to receive messages (i.e., the five-digit number from which its text messages are being sent). You acknowledge that you may then receive one (1) final message from Macon Laser confirming your opt-out of that text messaging program. Following such confirmation message, no additional text messages associated with that program will be sent to you unless you re-activate your subscription. This will only opt you out of the specific text messaging program associated with that five-digit short code. You will remain opted in to other Macon Laser Company text messaging programs.

  • Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages
  • Cost: Message and data rates may apply to each text message sent or received in connection with Macon Laser Company text messages, as provided in your mobile telephone service rate plan (please contact your mobile telephone carrier for pricing plans), in addition to any applicable roaming charges. Macon Laser Company does not impose a separate fee for sending Macon Laser Company text messages; you are responsible for any fees imposed by your mobile carrier of any kind whatsoever.
  • Messaging Terms Changes: We reserve the right to change or terminate our messaging program at any time. We also reserve the right to update these Messaging Terms at any time. Such changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued enrollment following such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.
